Why 1-Card Draw Is Easier
- Every card is reachable. Each pass through the stock shows you every remaining card, one at a time.
- Mistakes cost less. Misplay a card? You'll see it again next cycle. In Turn 3, one wrong move can lock cards away for good.
- Most deals are winnable. With patient play, the majority of 1-card draw games can be completed.
Beginner Tips
- Flip face-down cards first. Moves that reveal hidden tableau cards are almost always the best moves available.
- Aces and twos go up immediately. Low cards rarely help you in the tableau.
- Keep color balance in mind. Before building a long sequence, check you aren't burying a card the opposite color will need.
